Setting up files is easy as turning the page.

Prepare your files for print (small check list before you export to pdf)

  1. Images should be 300 DPI or higher.

  2. Images should be saved as CMYK (RGB is ok, but CMYK will print better)

  3. Black and white images are saved as gay scale or bitmap images.

  4. No PMS colors, please convert all PMS colors to CMYK

  5. Rich Blacks are set to 30% cyan 30% magenta 30% yellow and 100% black.

  6. Text should be saved as 100% black.

  7. Apply 1/8 or .125” bleeds on all sides.

  8. Pages should be setup as single pages, not spreads.

  9. type or live area should be .25” away from the trim.

  10. Borders should be at least .25” thick (.375 is recommended)
